# Terms of Service

**@WaldperlachFabi#6862** is the owner of **Chatter** bot which is a Discord Bot.

The Terms of Service tell you how to use the bot.

**Chatter** can be terminated at any time with and without a reason. By inviting **Chatter**, you agree the Discord Terms of Service, OpenAIs Terms of Service and ours. Do not break any rules of **Chatter**. This includes leaks of bot previews, hacking, botting, etc.! The Terms of Services are legal contracts between the bot (**Chatter**), you and WaldperlachFabi.
